Frequently asked questions about what to expect on your yoga journey at Yogabee

Yes please, space is limited and booking ensures that there is a spot for you.

 

When you sign up for a class on our yoga schedule, you’ll automatically be prompted to create an account. 

From there, you can manage your classes, workshops, and events right from the momoyoga app.

Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before the class time to ensure yourself time to settle in and prepare for your practice. It also allows you to ask any questions or share specific needs with me before we begin.

Just yourself. We have yoga mats to borrow for free if you come without one.

We also have complimentary filtered water + organic herbal tea available to you. 

Please wear comfortable clothing that gives you room to move in.

We have beginner yoga classes available via our yoga schedule if you have never practiced yoga before.

Alternatively, our yin yoga, aurora rising vinyāsa or vinyāsa yoga classes are a sweet place to start if you’re just starting out on your yoga journey. 

Flexibility + experience are not prerequisites for practicing yoga. Our classes are designed to cater to all levels, including beginners.

My intention is to guide you through each pose, offering modifications and adjustments to meet your needs and gradually improve flexibility and strength.

We all start somewhere and you are so safe in our sanctuary.

Yes, we offer private yoga sessions for individuals or small groups who prefer personalised attention or have specific goals or concerns.

We also organise workshops + private events.
