Centered around the notion of physical and emotional balance, Hatha Yoga classes are a good place to work on your alignment, learn relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with doing yoga while building strength and flexibility.

Similar to our Hatha Yoga practise, Dynamic Hatha will shake it up a little bit providing a yoga practice with breath coordinated movement. Each movement is a gradual progression from one to the next. The movement is aligned and linked with the breath so that you move with each inhale and exhale. 

Yoga Nidra - Yogabee

YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra (also known as Yogic Sleep) is one of the deepest of all meditations. Yoga Nidra is a beautiful and nurturing way to reduce stress and will promote a deep rest and relaxation. When practiced right, Yoga Nidra can be as restorative as sleep, while remaining fully conscious.
