What if I’ve never practiced yoga before?

Relax. I’ve got you. No matter your experience, you can practice yoga. We are always learning, no matter how many years we’ve been practicing. Trust and enjoy the ride.

 

Do I need to be flexible to practice yoga?

Nope. Forget what you’ve heard about needing to be flexible. You do not need to be flexible to enjoy the benefits of yoga. I promise.

 

What if I can’t get into the pose?

Chill. It’s ok. Everybody is different and your practice is your own. I will help you. It’s not about nailing the final posture, it’s about finding what makes us feel good on the way.

 

What do I need to bring to class?

If you have your own mat, feel free to bring it along. If not, it’s cool, you can use one of mine. I’ve got you.

 

What do I wear to class?

Anything that you feel comfortable moving in and something warm to slip into for relaxation at the end of your practice. We practice yoga barefoot.

 

I just ate, can I still practice even though I’m full?

Best not to (speaking for experience). Please try to ensure that you allow at least an hour to digest your meal before coming to a class.

 

What if I have an injury?

Please just let me know and we can work with it.

 

Do I need to book?

What if I can’t find a class time to suit me?

All good. Just get in touch with me via the Contact page and we’ll see if we can work something out.
