How do I choose the right class for me?

Yogabee offers a variety of classes suitable for different levels and preferences. Beginners may benefit from Hatha or Yin Yoga classes, while those seeking a more dynamic practice can try Hatha Flow. Tash is always available to help you choose the class that aligns with your goals and abilities.

How early should I arrive before a class?

It’s recommend to arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled class time to check in, settle in, and prepare yourself mentally and physically for the practice. This allows you to find a comfortable spot and gives you time to ask any questions or inform the instructor of any specific needs.

What if I'm not flexible or have never practiced yoga?

Flexibility and experience are not prerequisites for practicing yoga. Our classes are designed to cater to all levels, including beginners. Our instructors will guide you through each pose, offering modifications and adjustments to meet your needs and gradually improve flexibility and strength.

What should I wear + bring to a yoga class?

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for easy movement. It’s recommended to bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, a small towel, and any personal props you prefer, such as blocks or straps. We also provide mats and props for use during class.

Can I practice if I'm injured?

Yoga can often be adapted to accommodate injuries or medical conditions. However, it’s important to inform your instructor about any concerns or limitations before the class. They can provide modifications and alternative poses to ensure a safe and beneficial practice.

They can provide modifications and guidance to ensure a safe and comfortable practice for you and your baby. It’s also recommended to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program during pregnancy.

Do I need to book in advance?

While it’s not mandatory, reserving your spot in advance is highly recommended. It helps ensure your spot in the class and allows us to plan accordingly. However, walk-ins are also welcome if there are available spaces.

Can I purchase a class pass?

Yes, we offer class passes to accommodate different preferences and commitment levels. You can choose from single class passes or multiple class passes. Visit our pricing page or speak to Tash for more information.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes, we offer private yoga sessions for individuals or small groups who prefer personalised attention or have specific goals or concerns. We also organise workshops + private events.
