Treat yourself to an afternoon of deep rest and renewal, designed to bring harmony to your body + mind.

Enjoy a nourishing yin yoga practice, guiding you through long, slow holds that focus on each of energy centres (Chakras) in the body. Starting at the base of the spine and gently moving up towards the crown of the head. Each pose is designed to gently activate and restore balance to the specific energy centre, bringing you into a state of deep stillness and presence. This meditative practice invites the body to release stored tension and stress, creating space for a shift in your energetic flow ≋

Following on from our yin practice, you’ll transition into a guided yoga nidra, a deeply restorative practice that invites you to journey inward, passing through each of the energy centres.

This experience is an opportunity to reconnect with the deepest layers of your being, bringing awareness to your relationship with relaxation and the power of stillness.

To conclude our bliss session, there will be organic herbal teas + raw treats to enjoy while we create a little space for sharing and chats ♡

No prior yoga experience in necessary. Please bring a cushion for behind your head if you wish + anything else to make your nest comfortable. Mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets are provided and please feel free to bring your own.
